How we got started:

Home Marketing Solution was founded in 2004 as a new website for marketing real estate, online and in print. Using a data based system and direct uploading of photos that allows merge functions with pre-made templates for printing flyers and other marketing material, Home Marketing Solution has provided all real estate marketers a tool that saves time, energy and money on marketing materials.

Tony Kerstiens is a real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in the Denver, Co. marketplace. He had built 2 other web sites based on these same ideas, but could not achieve a seamless integration of the online presence and quality printed material. The frustration of multiple imputing and constant designing and re-designing marketing material, plus the expense in time and money made him continue searching for the right partner.

Tony met John Shapiro thru several real estate transactions and discovered John’s deep expertise in developing and designing database driven websites. After many meetings and discussions, John saw the need and uniqueness of the idea and agreed to accept the challenge of building the site. Months of programming, brainstorming and testing has resulted in this ever evolving website.

The goal of this website is to:

• Print to your printer or e-mail to a printing service

Provide a high quality format for searching and viewing real estate listings, plus printing marketing material of various types with a single impute and a click of a mouse.
